Refund, Cancelation & late Policies

 Refund Policy
All purchases, including memberships and packages, are non-refundable. Memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice. 

Cancellation Requirements

 To get your credit back, cancel in advance of event time.

• Classes: 4 hours
• Private Lessons: 24-hours
• Parties: 72-hour
• Workshops: 24-hour

Late/no-shows lose the class credit. Members are charged a $15 no show fee.

Late Arrivals

For safety, doors are locked at the start of warm-up, which is 5 minutes after class start time.
